CELLAR: The wine is produced and bottled at Stârmina Castle - Vinarte Winery.
CLIMATE: Temperate-Continental with Mediterranean influences.
SOIL: Argillaceous-illuvial with rubble, sand and marls sediments.
VARIETY: Italian Riesling 100%
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,50% vol.
VINIFICATION: manually harvested, crushing and de-stemming followed by the cooling and pressing of the must, continued by the clarifying of the must and seeding with selected yeasts at an automatically controlled low temperature (approximately 17 ºC) .
TASTING NOTES: Appearance: clear bright of a light yellow color with greenish reflexes. Nose: intense and persistent with exotic fruit aromas (bananas), citric flowers tints. Palate: dry, full, savory, acidity present, good texture and a generous finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: the optimum serving temperature is of 12 ºC. One may serve it with white meat dishes, seafood or fish.
AGING POTENTIAL: one may drink it fresh or slightly aged (1-2 years), the latter giving it a complex bouquet.
